What does an end of tenancy clean cost in Hammersmith?
Studio £156, one bedroom £207, two bedrooms £243, three bedrooms £339, four bedrooms £425. That figure covers the whole property, limescale in the bathroom included. The oven and the carpets are priced on top, the oven at £31 when it is done with the clean.
Which postcodes do you cover?
W6 first, plus the W14 edge round Brook Green and Olympia. We also work W12 in Shepherd's Bush, W14 in Barons Court, W4 in Chiswick and SW6 in Fulham. If you are a street or two outside that, ring and ask anyway.
Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?
No. The rate is the same across all seven days, 8am to 8pm. We do not add a Saturday surcharge.
Do I have to be at home?
No. Most of our regular customers leave a key with us or fit a key safe by the door. For a move-out clean the letting agent often holds the keys, and we can collect them if you tell the agent to expect us.
How much notice do you need?
Two or three days is comfortable. Next day is sometimes possible, and in a check-out week we would rather squeeze you in than watch you lose a deposit over it.

Two sides of the Broadway, two different jobs
Hammersmith changes character depending on which side of the Broadway you land on. North of it the streets narrow fast. The Brackenbury grid is single lane with cars parked down both sides and no loading bays anywhere in it, so the working practice never varies: unload at the door, take the van back up to Goldhawk Road, walk down. Bays on Goldhawk Road and Askew Road are capped at 30 minutes, an hour or two hours, and controls in parts of Zone D now run 08:30 to 22:00 seven days a week. For a full day we ask about a resident permit or a bay suspension. It saves an argument later.
South and east is mansion flat country. The red brick blocks on Hammersmith Road, Queen Caroline Street and round Brook Green mostly still have the original passenger lift with a folding metal gate, and it will not take a rotary machine or a loaded trolley. That kit goes up the stairs. It is why we send two people to a fourth floor job that would otherwise take one.
The water here is hard. Thames Water draws off the London chalk, so shower screens, taps, kettles and the thermostatic valves in those period bathrooms fur up faster than tenants expect. Descaling is built into a regular visit for us rather than sold as a treatment.
We cover W6 and the W14 edge by Olympia, and we cross into W12 for Shepherd's Bush most weeks. Journeys towards the river run slower than the map suggests, because Hammersmith Bridge has been shut to cars since 2019 and anything on the Barnes side has to go round by Putney or Chiswick Bridge.
