What we get called out for

End of tenancy
The full move-out clean, priced by property size. Oven, inside cupboards, limescale, the lot.

Carpets
Hot water extraction, not a bonnet mop. Most rooms are dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours.

Regular housework
Weekly or fortnightly, charged per cleaner per hour. Same person kept on your house.
Working in Hammersmith
Hammersmith is mostly late-Victorian and Edwardian: the small artisan terraces of Brackenbury Village, larger stucco and brick villas on the roads around Ravenscourt Park, and long runs of red-brick mansion flats on Hammersmith Road, Queen Caroline Street and Brook Green. A high proportion of the houses are split into flats, so a typical property is one or two floors of a period conversion. Post-war council blocks such as the Queen Caroline Estate and Ashcroft Square sit right beside the town centre, and the riverside has newer apartments at Chancellors Wharf and around Distillery Road.
The borough's controlled parking zones are lettered, and controls have been extended in parts of Zone D to Monday to Sunday, 08:30 to 22:00; on Goldhawk Road and Askew Road many bays are capped at 30 minutes, one hour or two hours, so a full day's work needs a resident bay or a suspension.
Hammersmith Bridge has been shut to vehicles since 2019 and the council shelved reopening plans in 2026, so anything on the Barnes side has to be routed via Putney or Chiswick Bridge and journey times between jobs are longer than the map suggests.
Thames Water's supply is hard London chalk water, so mansion-flat bathrooms with original tiling and thermostatic showers scale quickly and need routine descaling as part of a regular clean.
Water here is hard, so limescale on taps, screens and kettles takes longer than people expect.
